I always love Fighting Windmill’s nap photos (some are hilarious!) so I took this one of Kate.
This is actually from yesterday morning; she slept for two whole hours while I worked and our new nanny Yensi cleaned the kitchen and mopped the floor (without being asked — she is awesome). It says “Little Cutie” on her butt.

What’s filmjölk, you ask?
It’s a lot like yogurt, only not as sour.
And it’s easy to make at home. Just add the culture to milk and let it sit out for several hours. That’s it! (And if you add the culture to cream, it will make crème fraîche.)
